Refund policy

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any socks that have been opened or worn.

To start a return, contact us at vennmanagement5@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent to: Mail Boxes Etc., Elder House, 548-550 Elder Gate, Milton Keynes, MK9 1LR.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Sale items Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
